The Crippler Crossface should be number one. Properly applied, the opponent cannot escape, and risks serious injury to his neck.
The Figure Four should be number two. Anybody who ever saw Flair in his prime base an entire match around weakening his opponent's leg and trapping him in that hold should understand. With the right opponent (meaning one who could sell the whole ordeal), the drama was INTENSE.
The Tarantula was not a submission hold. It was an illegal hold by Tajiri involving the ropes with the intention of weakening his opponent. He could only hold it for the ref's 4 count.
The Mandible Claw was not a submission hold, either. Or rather, it shouldn't have been. It is illegal to stick your fingers in your opponent's eyes, ears, and mouth, and each time it happens the ref warns and counts. Yet Foley was able to stick his fingers in his opponent's mouth and get a submission win. Wrong.
In place of The Tarantula and The Mandible Claw should be The Indian Deathlock and The Fujiwara Armbar.
The Ankle Lock is rather over-sold and shouldn't have been rated higher than the Texas Cloverleaf, which involves the opponent's legs and back, much like The Sharpshooter.
Otherwise, the list is fine.
