Bret the Hitman Hart had the greater Professional Wrestling Career. He won championships in Stampede Wrestling, the World Wrestling Federation, World Championship Wrestling, literally wrestled in every single country in the World and was one of the few WWF Heavyweight Champions who defended the WWF World Heavyweight Title outside the United States and wrestled against both Baby Faces and Heels.

Best Buy

Ring of Honor can be seen every Monday on HD Net. If I had my wishes, Disney would give timeslots to Ring of Honor, and I would be able to see Ring of Honor Wrestling on ESPN. Failing that, Comcast Sportsnet, Fox Sports and Versus would also be great options.

Bret Hart had the better wrestling career out of him & The Rock.

Both had similar beginnings as far as the fans go, because fans cheered Bret as a heel which turned him face at WrestleMania 4, and after fans hated on Rocky, he returned as The Rock in the Nation and the fans slowly began to like him which turned him face for 3 months before he became a all time greatest heel and then a super face.

Bret had better matches, he was more respected by the fans over all than The Rock is.

Rock was a entertainer.

Bret talked to the fans.

Rock talked at the fans.

Not including Bret's pre WWF career, his career lasted from 1986-1997. Then in WCW between 1998 & 2001 and was cut short. His legacy lives on today in WWE.

I think Kurt Angle is the epitome of a well-rounded prowrestler. Whereas some prowrestlers are merely promo guys, Kurt can either be a heat drawing heel or a crowd favourite face. He was well-accomplished as an amateur wrestler and has ventured on other career moves such as becoming a business man and as an actor. Steve Austin stated ADR can become the next Kurt Angle, but I think ADR is still trying to fix the language barrier. Steve Austin is a unique character though, and so is Angle. Actually the above superstars are all unique in their own ways. The thing is, Kurt, like what I have mentioned is well-rounded. At the jumpstart of his career, he can execute a variety of moves - from being technical to borrowing moves from a powerhouse, brawler and a highflyer. He and Brock were the forerunners of the so-called "Ruthless Aggression era". He is a hard worker - which probably led to his deterioration of health. To be honest, I think physically and mentally, he is not the same person that he was anymore. He is still alive, but he isn't as healthy. Just shows how Angle is very dedicated to his work.

I don't know if better = longer or if better = less injuries, or better = more opponents. My gut says Bret though.

BQ1: I like Gamestop personally, but between those two, I'd pick Toys R Us.

BQ2: In a perfect world, RoH would come on TBS and TNT twice a week.

These two careers are completely incomparable. The Rock had all of about 6 years in the business, whereas Bret was a seasoned veteran and a grand slam champion whom even held world gold in the two biggest federations in wrestling history along with numerous in NWA territory. Not to mention he got to come up the ranks with friends and family, fighting his brother on the biggest stage of them all, and even wrestled in front of his mother and father on many occasions. Bret lived a dream. Forget about what you know about 1997 and Survivor Series, forget what you know about WCW. Even now, after being drug through the mud by two major promotions who crowned him champion on multiple occasions (odd, I know) he's still an icon of the business and the epitome of wrestling for a lot of fans.

Then again, Rock left the biz in pique health whereas Bret was concussed by the jolly green giant known mostly by his surname, Goldberg.

Depends on what you think is "better".

Brett left a legacy of ring work that will stand for ages to come.

Rock rode his mike skills and charisma to the top of the WWE and then right out of the WWE to a career in movies.

Both are already legends - but they are legends for different reasons.
