Why is it that many people started creating groups for?

I respect all of these groups but why are people creating groups for???

its all about being apart of something man. Like I said in a previous question similar to this, people like the idea of belonging to something. Having a group of user's united is not such a bad thing. The Y!A 7 set out to make it to the top 10 and give good Q and A's, well, not every group has to have an agenda.



as far as the nWo goes, I just wanted A. to belong to a group and B. maybe get rid of some of these damn trolls.



Also like I said in a previous Q, I was waiting for the Y!A 7 to ask me to join, but it never happened, so I founded my own group.



Another thing, I'd like to think I have the ability to crack the top 10 someday as well. It's a goal I plan on setting out for.

BTW, for anyone's info, PAC was the first known group on Y!A (People Against Cena) for those steadying a ship of these 'groups', that was made in 06', 07' time when John Cena was being forcefed down our throats



To answer the question, the reason why people make 'groups' on Y!A is to only get noticed more as a user and, usually, it fails because everyone leads them to allegations of cheating for one another and so forth. I just wish they know what they're doing and don't alienate anyone. Also, 'groups' create ego into thinking they are better than some people and when that happens, s*it flies and hits every single thing in the bathroom. There are some decent knowledgable users in those 'groups' who don't need to be in those 'groups' because they can be noticed for good answers and good questions and I'm not gonna name names but just for making and joining these 'groups' has lowered the value of the Wrestling Section just a tad by asking 'Who wants to join this group?'



Let's face it, might as well rename the Wrestling Section as the User Popularity Section because that is what this section has turned into

Actually, the first group created was Y!A7 by Rated Silent, I dont know were these other groups come from but o well.





@ Luis V, Who cares about 2005 or 2006 this is 2010, and who cares you dont respect us besies One and only showstoppa and Sharpshooter, everyone else in your group are average users.
