I'm going by the logic that these are names that will draw PPV revenue and not what the WWE wants us to perceive as main eventers. I'm going to eliminate anybody I consider a static main eventer as well like Kane, Big Show, Khali, Henry, or Chris Jericho. They have the potential to be main event, but they're not always main event.

John Cena,Randy Orton, Triple H (until he officially announces retirement), Edge (although he's borderline on the card flux list), Rey Mysterio, the Undertaker

BA: As soon as these guys decide to stop wrestling. It's going to be awhile before we have a world of wrestling without Edge, Orton or Cena (barring incidents that could jeopardize their career), but guys like Trips, Taker and Mysterio already have one foot out the door considering their lucrative future elsewhere in the company, health issues, or a sheer want to go back to Mexico.

As for future or up-and-coming main eventers of tomorrow (echo effect), CM Punk, Alberto Del Rio, The Miz, Wade Barrett, Dolph Ziggler, MAYBE Mason Ryan but it's too soon to say, Cody Rhodes, and that's about it in my opinion. You may have guys like Morrison or Sheamus as strong contenders to future world title holders, but right now I think the men listed above are going to be the ones drawing in new wrestling fans of tomorrow. They've got the uniqueness, the new way style, the charisma that plays off of the WWE writing system well (which is hard to find these days), the look in some cases, and most fans interests in general as things stand. I think any or all of these guys could play either side of the coin well, be it heel or face except for maybe Cody and still garner the heat and interest they already have today.

Undertaker

John Cena

CM Punk

Randy Orton

HHH

Big Show

Edge

--------------

7 Established main eventers

Kane

Rey Misterio

-------------------

2 Veterans who have main evented

The Miz

Wade Barrett

Sheamus

Jack Swagger

-----------------------

Four recently promoted main eventers

John Morrison

Dolph Ziggler

Daniel Bryan

Mason Riley

Alberto Del Rio

------------------------

5 breakout stars who seem destined for that next level.

HBK

Chris Jericho

-----------------------

2 main event level wrestlers who are still under some form of contract. If worse came to worse, I could see both of these guys coming back. If for example Cena, Orton, Taker, Edge, and HHH were all put on the shelf at the same time and WWE was really in jeopardy, these two are old fashioned enough to come lend a hand.

As far as when all of these guys could be gone, I mean some are in their 20s and early 30s. Depending on level of commitment, injuries, etc, it is reasonable to see them for 15 to 20 more years. I personally watched my first live televised Flair match in the 80s and my last one in 2010. that's it, i didn't include undertaker cuz he's always getting injured and i didn't include big show or kane cuz they are always getting shoved back down to mid card and i didn't miz cuz well he's gonna lose the belt and it'll be another year before he wins it again........

BQ:miz, JoMo, sheamus, alberto del rio (i rlly think it's too early but wwe is desperate), skip sheffield (vince said he could be the next cena :O), kofi kingston , jack swagger, wade barrett

wwe has been pushing young talent like crazy this past year because of the surge of main eventers leaving.....and now they're running short and in this depression the young guys could really prove they belong.

some bad stuff though is pushing guys who just came in. like sheamus and alberto del rio......getting the world really early in the career won't allow that wrestler to get a good fan base.....

one last thing, skip shffield is far better then john cena in every way! skip is an awesome heel!

i imagine WWE is extremely suffering, with such countless proper adult adult males and females out, there must be transformations made area, Batista, Undertaker, HBK, Maryse, McCool, Hardy, are all out. they have also finished some sparkling domicile, firing human beings like D Lo Brown, Kennedy, Umaga, Manu, Candice. they have also presented bac Eugene and Masters. WWE quite desires to get their act at the same time, they opt to briefly push some mid carders as a lot as significant journey and fill in for the injured superstars. i imagine the adult adult males who can quite pull it off are JOMO, Miz, Swagger, and Evan. i imagine Tyson and DH Smith will be pushed slightly rather of jobbing to Cryme Tyme. Their divas branch desires alot of work, I advise Eve has superior, yet except that nobody has finished a lot to make themselves more desirable acceptable. i have self assurance that countless the divas are literally not dedicated sufficient, and they are there only for the money and repute. With Maryse and McCool both out for a lengthy or short even as, Kim, Beth, Rosa, Layla and perchance Jillian if she returns must be pushed more desirable in route of heels. i imagine Mickie, Melina, Eve, Maria, and The Bellas could stay face. The Tag team branch appears making a rebirth. i imagine it will be more desirable efficient with area rather of massive tutor, yet its more desirable acceptable than no longer something. The Hart Dynasty is extremely magnificent, and Cryme Tyme is earning peoples appreciate. I continuously theory-about Shad and JTG as no longer something more desirable than a gaggle of gangsters, yet of their tournament on Friday they did a ultimate interest. As for the rankings bypass, compared to the commercial free raw, the viewship and rankings have lengthy gone down. WWE is attempting to counteract this through having celebrities grow to be the period in-between GM's. the second one hour has been getting more desirable acceptable rankings because the first hour and that desires to regulate.
