If you are referring to frosty adult beverages...the liquor store. If you want soft drinks... any c-store or supermarket.
If you would like lean, cut, strong abdominal muscles...The six-pack is most easily achieved through hard physical excercise. The best, if your back can handle it, is situps or crunches. If you do situps you may need to add some wieght as you grow stronger. Just hold a dumbell or plate you can handle while you do your excercises. Crunches work exceptionally well if you vary the compression and duration of the excercise. It will not hurt to try some fat buning excercises as well. The lower your percentage body fat, the more "cut" you will appear. Be cautious to not burn too much fat as the body then begins to use up the muscle, not to mention the loss of strength and the fatigue that would ensue. One of the greatest physical specimens of all time....Herschel Walker once stated he never "lifted weights". Situps, pushups and sprints are all that are neccessary to maintain peak physical form.

old fashion crunches works best. The scissor crunches and side crunches. Also lay flat on your back with legs straight out with feet slightly off the floor, slowly raise legs slowly straight above head and slowly return to the floor with out touching it, making sure you concentrate on your stomach muscles only, do has many as you can, making muscles burn until you just can't do anymore. This has helped me the most, i now have a 4 pack and working my way up to a 6 pack. REMEMBER, you can't over eat and stretch your stomach, eat small portions. Good luck!
