Problably for the same reason many other great superstars have had their careers cut short....drugs. It is really a shame to loose such great talent to something like that.

Hardcore Holly was much better before given Crash and Molly as "cousins". He became a joke during that "Super Heavyweight" gimmick.It was even worst then his Spark Plugg gimmick. Don't know why he was released from Vince's promotion,but it would be great if he went to Total Nonstop Action.

He wasn't that good and he wasn't that big. I didn't know him that well and didn't see him in a whole lot of matches, but he wasn't no Goldberg or Stone Cold Steve Austin.





By the way, about how he died, I read somewhere that he died by choking on his own vomit or something like that. God rest his soul, I guess.

it was an overdose.Michael Locwood was his real name he was a story line cousin of hardcore holly died nov 6 2003. he died of an overdose of pain killers at steven richards house that is why Richard's tight are like Holly's
